About Stefan Hertrich, founder & CEO

Stefan is a Boulder native with dual citizenship in the US and Germany. He offers over 20 years of real estate brokerage experience in both residential/multifamily and commercial sales, acquisitions, leasing, management and development. Stefan graduated from the University of Colorado in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), International Business, Marketing, and a Minor in German.

Stefan started Investment Property Brokerage in June of 2000 in Boulder, Colorado as a full service brokerage firm. The focus of Investment Property Brokerage is to meet the client's goals and work to exceed their expectations in the real estate brokerage business.

 

Stefan's honesty, integrity and breadth of experience allows for effective skills that serve him in negotiating and advocating successfully on behalf of his clients. 

 

Along with the challenges and of course the rewards of becoming a new dad, you may find Stefan in the Summer on the summit of a 14er with his best friend Rayce.  He also enjoys skiing in the winter and instructs Alpine & Telemark private lessons at Eldora Mtn. Resort on weekends. (Certifications include PSIA Level II in Alpine /Telemark  & Freestyle Specialist)
